Is there a program that will give me a readout of what feats/skills/stats, etc... that my character took at each level? Leto and GFF editor don't seem to have this as a feature.
Or do I have to de-level my character level by level, and figure it all out manually?
Thanks.

That info is recorded in your character file. You can see it in the Gffeditor.exe in the LvlStatList for your .bic file. It is how the ELC checks for many things that aren't allowed.
Edit: I removed NWNExplorer.exe as a suggestion for this because it doesn't number the levels in the list in a useful way.
Gffeditor.exe examples (click to view the .jpg files):

spells.jpg
It shows your choices at every level-up (0 is level 1, 1 is 2, and so on). What feats you picked, skills you added points to, how many HP you gained, spell choices, and so on (memorized spells for some classes are only in the ClassList). You need to check the various 2da files to match up what the numbers are though, like feat.2da and spells.2da in the Avlis haks. skills.2da is unchanged in Avlis (so far), and you can check it at the bottom of this page on the NWN Wiki: skills.2da
The LvlStatList isn't documented in the file format docs as far as I can tell, so you just have to slog through it.

I probably don't have the most recent version, but Leto certainly should do this. Open a character file, then Menu -> Tools -> Classes and Levels Wiz -> View or Edit Progress Journal, then you can look at any level and it'll give you a precise breakdown of class, skill points, etc

Re: Listing of characters Feats / Skills / Stats by level?
Thanks everyone for the info! Between my notes (I did track feats) and those two programs, I ought to be able to cobble it all together. Leto doesn't recognize Psion levels. It shows the class and Feats as a blank, but Gff editor has the 2da numbers if my notes are lacking somewhere. I stupidly thought the "class and level wiz" only pertained to looking at a character that was a... *clears throat* a wizard. DOH!
Anywho, between my notes those programs I should be able to get what I'm looking for. Thanks for the education!
(Note to Psions: Write it all down!)
