Missing everyone
I haven't been able to play Ays much. My husband and I are busy raising our two year old grandson..at least for the time being. He's a wonderful boy but doesn't talk yet so he is in speech twice a week, soon three times a week. My husband is going to have surgery June 16 for a defibrillator so he won't be able to drive or work for at least two weeks. Five months ago they found a mass on my ovary. During those five months I've had three ultrasounds...the mass hasn't changed, its still the same size and has a blood flow through it so, July 15 the doctor wants to remove it, which means a surgery for me at that time. Its turning out to be a very busy summer.
I miss you all and will get on when I can. Hopefully it will be more often then it has been so far.
Love and miss you all. Hope everyone has a great summer or winter, depending where you are at.
Jackie/Ays

Life is never as bad as you think it is, although that doesn't help at the time.

Hang in there, may everything go smoothly. We miss you too and will be here when things are more settled.

“People speak of hope as if it is this delicate, ephemeral thing made of whispers and spider's webs. It's not. Hope has dirt on her face, blood on her knuckles, the grit of cobblestones in her hair, and just spat out a tooth as she rises for another go.”

Re: Missing everyone
Good thoughts your way. My poor sister just went through a nasty ordeal last week with an ovarian mass (turned out to be huge cyst) that she never even knew she had until it started bleeding inside her. It was quite large, 8cm+ diameter. She was in surgery to remove it within hours of presenting to the ER. Luckily though the surgery was quick (laproscopic) and she is already doing a lot better. MUCH better to get that kind of crap taken care of before it becomes an emergency!
