Spells
Perhaps this question has a rather obvious answer, but it's been bugging me for a while. NWN has it's own new spells-such as Energy Immunity-that for some reason aren't availible to me in my own private modules. In addition, the spells that Avlis uses-Undeath's Touch, Recitation, and the like-are not availible there either.
My question is this: is it possible to somehow import those spells into my own custom modules, and if so, how exactly does one go about doing that? Thanks for any help given.

Re: Spells
They are custom CoPaP/Avlis scripts, that you'd need on your private mod to get those spells to work.

Re: Spells
While the hooking is custom to CoPaP/Avlis (but this goes for the original spells too), they are available from the Players Resource Consortium.

They have haks which you can download and get their version of the spells. I can't say that I have installed them myself, but I would expect they can be. They have installation instructions here:

I hope that helps and works for you.

Re: Spells
FWIW many of the PrC spells have been modified and balanced to fit into Avlis, and others were intentionally left out.

Re: Spells
Fixed.the majority were intentionally left out.
Thanks for the help Landrin. I managed to find the appropriate downloads and got all the custom content I could want. However, I now have a rather large selection of additional stuff that-as Pathos said-was left out of Avlis, but I'll get over it.

Re: Spells
Let me fix that for you. (Really that's unnecessary in general.) Note that the spell list is about the same, with the only real difference being the lack fo "mass cure xx" spells and mass stat buff spells. That said...Leertes wrote:Fixed.a few of which were intentionally left out.

The PRC wasn't used as a basis for the spell list (though there is overlap because the sources are the same) and it really won't do much to help you figure out how to work with copap/avlis spell lists. Adding the PRC will just give you a boatload of absurdly ill-balanced prestige classes and feats to play with.
You can get access to copap prestige classes/spells by adding the standard copap hak list to your module. The actual spell scripts aren't included, though at some point I might release a precompiled version for use in such test modules.
