Avlis policy on: Size of your Forum Avatar

As you can see in your profile where you can put in your Avlis1 Forum Avatar, they may not be bigger then 80 x 80. Lately I've been seeing a lot of Avatars who are royally bigger then this.
Please pay attention to this, and remove/shrink them if needed. Thank you.
