Druids of Verossa/ Align question

Post by Glocknal » Sat Jun 12, 2004 4:32 am

Ive rolled up a druid of Verossa, but according to the world info page CE is mandatory requirement for being druid of Verossa. This option is not available on rolling up the character. Should I ask a DM to shift my align, or have the restriction relaxed?

thx,

Glok

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe you have to be neutral to be a druid, and this is, as of now, not changeable (i.e. as far as we're concerned, it's hard-coded into the NWN engine). In order to be able to physically take levels of druid, you have to be neutral (neutral evil, probably, since you're a druid of Verossa).

There's supposed to be a fix to allow CE. I'm still not sure if it's in. Be NE or something if not, or request a shift while leveling.

That fix is not in yet and as long as that is not active you can keep your Verossa druid as CN or NE so you can level up on your own.

Should your actions lead you to become CE (not that strange if you play him/her as a true Verossan :) ) then you can contact a DM when you need to level up to temporarily shift your alignment.
So much fun,
yet so little time to enjoy it.

It's not actually that hard if you don't break into houses in Elysia or Le'Or. Just doing random stuff doesn't really give any shifts ever.

Whoa. We'll soon have 3 Verossa druids around. Party's at my shrine. You bring the magic mushrooms and severed heads.
