Elven lands beside T'Nanshi?

For some time now, I have played an elf who, when asked where she is from, replies cryptically "the north". Is this geographically possible without my being a Drangonari or from Jechran? If not, that works just fine, as I could have been lying, but I would like to be from outside of T'Nanshi.

There are a good number of elves living in The Seven Cities. These elves tend to be more cosmopolitan and a little less nature loving, so yes, there are other places up north that have elves. T'Nanshi is the only totally elven nation, but the elves make a huge portion of Jechran and a good showing in all seven of The Seven Cities.
