Order of the Way

Post by Scurvy_Platypus » Wed Apr 16, 2003 7:35 am

Greetings folks. I've got a monk that is keenly interested in signing up with the OotW. Heck, he even was asked several times if he was a member, because of the way he introduced himself, and the way he talks. Since I'm doubting as a player that I can sign him up with the order, is it allowed to claim membership? Without being slapped around vigoursly for making false claims that is

hmm, be careful what you wish for. The man might make you learn all the phrases of wisdom from the master of the way by heart.
So much fun,

The way IS!

That is my opinion, not nessasarily anyone else's opinon, might just be, but that would be a coincodence, and damnit, sometimes the crap I write is not even my opinion either.

Heh, Sywin's got an Ok patter going himself. Plus I hung out and logged the Master of the Way's patter, just in case. Hmm. Better start preparing...

Excellent idea!

Anyhow i have been working on the OotW there will be some adittions to it soonish. Also gogin to start looking for a player character to be some sort of sub-master if you will to get more PC involvment.

Fighters do it face to face, Rogues may do it from behind, Rangers can do it from a distance, Wizards do it from out of nowhere, Clerics may not do it at all, Barbarians may do it in a rage, Sorcerers can do it on a whim, Bards on a note, but Paladins have to pay for it!

Well Sywin is willing to sign up, and take whatever role is assigned to him. He's currently 7th, and slowly heading towards 8th. He's a bit hasty, and has a bit of pride but "Nobody who enjoys wine takes some grape juice, throws some yeast in, and hopes that it will be ready in ten minutes. Instead, it is carefully prepared, and stored away to rest. Years will pass before it graces a table as fine wine. "
