The World Information forums and Campaign notes are mainly for me to keep a record of them. Anything that is in there is set in stone. It is part of Avlis' history. That is why I don't allow comment on it because I want ONE place to keep everything for people to read without it getting mucked up by questions and comments.
THIS forum, on the other hand, will be for you to ask your questions and seek clarification. I won't always answer things right away, but I will at least have all the necessary questions handy. It will also help me plug any holes I might have. Avlis is an old pnp world and its history is more or less done out pretty well, but it does have a few areas where we didn't play pnp games that often. Those areas tend to be sparsely fleshed.
