What's the word on Druid alignment since 1.64? Do I need to stay NE or can I start working my way to CE now?

I think fundamental respect for human life has to come in as a big part of 'good' alignment, Szabot. If your argument for 'good' is simply believing that what you are doing is right and just, almost everyone would qualify.
By saying a 'good' druid could place a higher value on the forest and animals than human life, you can end up with 'good' druids murdering people and grinding them up for fertilizer. That would be for the 'greater good' of the forest, right? And as long as the druid doing the murdering and grinding believes in what he's doing, he's 'good'?

(Of course, I didn't notice this discussion was pretty old when I posted this. Always too late for the good arguments.) :)

Ack! I don't remember what I wrote here. I was very surprised to see you address your post to me. I'm leaving...right now for vacation. I'll get back to you. ;)

Have a good time. Meanwhile, I think I'm gonna start one of those murdering/grinding druids. Come to think about it, it's just too good to pass up. :)

yeah im wondering this too. right now my druid of verossa is NE and i plan on staying that way until this gets fixed. i assume there's no big deal with that? ill be roleplaying CE and saying im CE just my character sheet will say NE. let me know if thats a problem.

also- are you still around tangles or other druids of verossa? i die constantly in the wilds by myself as im pretty low level and would love some company while i die unspectacularly.

Just had a look at the hak resources and it looks like the druids are still restricted in alignment just like they were before. This means any alignment with neutral in it.
So much fun,
yet so little time to enjoy it.
