Are there any more continents out there? I doubt Avlis (is that the world name or the continent name?) is the only one...

Avlis is the world plane itself. The continent Avlis NWN is based on is called Negaria iirc, or more appropriately Southern Negaria.

There are no continents any PC would know of unless they got the knowledge from a DM.

But there *is* a continent calls Khanjar Kuro out there. Do a search. And there *are* items with IG descriptions that refer to Khanjar Kuro.
