PADRIR: More maps of Mikona, plus a few changes...

Hey all. I have added two more maps to the database: government district and market district (very comprehensive). I also deleted the housing from the City Gates and Garrison and have changed the site to add more information. More are coming soon, however I am taking a cartography break while Padrir visits Elysia for a few days.
