Not as good as things look. I've only glanced at the hak and some of the models don't even have all their animations done and some don't have any at all. When they said the hak was unsupported they meant it.

Usually if a undead creature is healed by any Cure or Heal type spell that means that someone was a little forgetful and forgot to set the creature's Race to Undead. Either that or the creature just has very pale skin

No true custom voicesets are used in Avlis. From what I've seen adding them requires a dialog.tlk edit. But yeah, there's the 2da override to unlock all the NPC voicesets.

I did read that a few aspects like scripts or conversations might be re-useable though which could cut down on development time a lot.
