gust of wind is rather odd from my experiences, sometimes it knocks something down and it stays down for more then 1 round, and sometimes it knocks something down and it gets up from time to time and does something (move, attack etc.) only ypo get knocked down again.

i was wondering if there's any way to get this spell? I know wizards/sorcerers can cast it. But they cannot chose the spell on lvl up. In other words would i go from lvl 14 to lvl 15 i cannot chose the spell Evil Blight. Even though it is a 6th circle spell i can already cast 7th lvl spells. This is...
