Hide Vs Spot + 1d20
Move Silently Vs Listen + 1d20

does this mean only the spotting/listening char gets the 1d20 to their check?

or do you mean

Hide + 1d20 Vs spot + 2d20
Move Silently + 1d20 Vs Listen + 1d20
