Please Help ME

I have been waiting for the server move and update. I still have the same problem as before which is when I go to login to Mikona it tells me im missing CoPaP3_4.tlk file(or something close to that) but i have REPEATEDLY dl'd both the single file AND used the complete all files installer...ANY help ...
