i just been banned from ever server now.... can i speak to a Dm Please i no idea whats going on.

I just tryed to connect to elysia and a message came up saying i have been banned. i asked 2 of my friends about this and they have also been banned.So whats happening is it a Bug? or is something weird going on? Please Help i havent broken any rules on elysia and i havent even been on elysia for ab...
