It seems to me like the new XP system isn't to limit the top end of XP gain (Few people gain much from killing things, seriously), but to make it much easier for the majority to level at a more regular (faster) pace. The new XP system makes it far easier to gain experience through combat, up to that...

This is wonderful! So high levels will be able to party up with low levels now, without feeling guilty that they'll ruin the low level character's experience gain?

What about plot weapons? I was sparring with another PC the other day, and he disarmed my plot sword, which ended up on the ground, thankfully. But, if an NPC monk disarms me, would my plot sword end up in his inventory, or on the ground? And if the server reset, would I get any disarmed weapons ba...

This is a question on game mechanics. It should be in the General Discussions forum. Could someone please move it?

If the PC or NPC initiating the Disarm has the Improved Disarm Feat and is unarmed, the weapon is unequipped and taken into their inventory, rather than dropped to the ground.

Ask them. I'm pretty sure this is hardcoded, and can't be done through scripting alone. Bic alteration, maybe.

That can't be done. Only NPC's can reach levels past 40.

Don't even need to script something like this, you can just enter debug mode and use the DM commands.

In game, hit the tilde key.
Then type in "DebugMode_1".
Next, hit tilde again, and type "dm_GiveXP 200000"
That'll put you right to level 20. You can give whatever amount you'd like.

I got NWN2 last night, and it blows me away. It's meeting all of my expectations and more. My computer doesn't meet all of the reccomended specs, but I had no trouble installing, patching, and now playing the game. I love the new interface. Ten quickbars to use! No more mucking around with radial me...

The only NWN PW's I've played are CoPaP, and I don't care for other sorts of MMORPG's.

If there just wasn't Avlis? I'd be busy running Hades, and probably playing on Abyss 404 or Hala.

And if you have the NPC set to plot or invulnerable, those would make the DestroyObject command not work. So if you do, use SetIsDestroyable on it first.
