Do you have some kind of download manager?
You might want to get one if you don't - I think that if it disconnects they can automatically keep trying to reconnect.

Yeah, that's the worst things about dialup - anything more than a few K takes ages to download.

True. Although not everyone has Excel (or compatible).
They could save as HTML and send that via e-mail though.

The only option I have at the moment is to use PM's and due to the fact I have to copy and past from an Excel spreadsheet and reformat the layout everytime it is very tie consuming. To make sure you see DM messages, point at the top of the right-hand dialogue window at the bottom of the screen, right-click on this and select 'Show DM messages' from the radial menu. I think it is the option on the SE position on the menu. This is a toggle, so if you use it twice, it will be off...

Got aCitD, but not tried it yet.

Been playing the Shadowlords one. It's quite well done, but very difficult to solo on... well it was with my 7hp monk... death in 1/2 hits from most enemies.
Just got to lvl2 though, so hopefully it'll be a bit easier to stay alive now.

The downside with anything easy (websites, Lego, the NWN toolkit) is that you get the widget-people who just like adding flashy stuff without building on the vital core.

Aside from Avlis, I'm currently playing single-player through SoU (and will then go on to HotU). I'm currently in the place with the golems, spiders & crumbly books - it's a bit depressing, and I want to take a break.
