At the same time, Rangers get Divine spells. Therefore, it would seem that they have some link to some deity. I've always viewed rangers:druid::holy warriors:clerics. I know that's not canonical. And I know that you can play a perfectly plausible ranger with low Wisdom who'll never cast a divine spe...

I'll put in a good word for Bruk. Yes, he does require patience, but that's a half of the fun.Jo' d wrote:For a variation on a half-ogre char, look for 'Bruk', just remember to bring your patience along with you....

Idiot Technical Question
Due to some problems I've been having with freeze ups (which, consulting the bioware and Avlis websites, seem to be possibly caused by about seven billion different things) I've decided that the best solution is probably to deinstall/reinstall NWN. Silly Monk Question
I never played a monk in the single-player campaigns, so I've no idea how this works:
To bypass damage reduction (say, 10/+1) while using an unarmed attack, does a monk need Ki Strike/Magic Fang, or will those gloves that have a +1 to hit bonus suffice?
Are there +x Enhancement gloves out there?

As a power-gaming idea, it'd be hard though, since Charisma is so important to Paladins and 1) Monks already have to spread their stats over so many abiliites and 2) Dwarves have that Cha penalty. Now... Monk/Dwarven Defender would be pretty nifty, methinks. This wouldn't be a kama-thing. Call it th...
