I have looked at a bow labeled short bow +1, mighty +3 What does this mean? Does it mean If i have a strength bonus, then it would apply up to 3 additional points of damage to each arrow that strikes? And, if this is true... and I also have weapon finesse which in theory allows me to use my dexterit...
