Just curious if the 7000 xp cap is including the 20% penalty?
i.e. can you only get 5600 for the week, or effectively 8750 worth of kills which drops to 7000 for the cap?

Either way it seems a great idea and I hope the feedback help the team implement these changes.

It is a great feat! I was offered it at lvl 24 as well, but chickened out in case it was a bug, so waited until lvl 27 to take it. It has saved Cel's butt more than once, and is fantastic. I guess the choice is if you don't take it, is there something else more valuable and IC with your build? If so...

All said here is right, is a handy ring, but need to be careful as pointed out above.

I have same problem, and had it explained to me, but cannot explain it on. Something about an authorisation code not working, so anyone attempting to log on is affected, if in there are fine. At least I think that's the reason.
