That info is recorded in your character file. You can see it in the Gffeditor.exe in the LvlStatList for your .bic file. It is how the ELC checks for many things that aren't allowed. You should never send full CD keys. There's something called a Public CD key that is used, which is made from parts of your full CD key, but if that is required, you will be informed how to do it.
