It appears like the "firewall" I am behind disallows all UDP packets.

I am not able to make any custom races. I should be able to play them locally on the OC right? To create them using CODI apparently works fine, but when i launch NWN the characters have very altered stats (i.e. 176 STR and 76 CON).
