The visual code thingy is a bitch.

The file "portraits_1.zip" is corrupt. I assume it is supposed to contain the same files as "portraits_1.rar", so you could try that one (it works).

Because of me updating the webserver, the link posted by PJ might be unavailable for the next 30 minutes or so.

I got almost all of them from public galleries.... I've been planning on making my own for quite a while, but I haven't had the courage to give it a try. I'll have a look at the programs you mention though

Leave the old haks where they are; they won't cause any problems.

The biggest difference I see is in the frame rate
