It took me 3 days to realize that ability bonuses don't stack. Doh! i.e. my rogue has +3 dex from boots +1 from bracers +1 from a belt and an item that casts Cats Grace (+4) All used together I get +4. (the highest bonus?) With none of the gear equipped and Cats cast... I get +4. I suppose this is m...

The optional combat animations from the HeX Coda module (Stephen Gagne, the Penultima guy) rock socks.
Great little single player adventure too.

Homeowners or renters insurance does cover this sort of thing. If the surge takes out more than say, just your powersupply or modem, most shops should be happy to write up a total loss on your machine (stress damage isn't always immediately apparent), then you decide what you want to spend the $$$ o...

If all the Avlis mod's don't have all the hak's attached, I assume when building housing you have to stick to what's there in CPU's list? I have some housing planned that has interior and exterior areas. It'd be cool to sticky a post about what haks are available for housing on which mods and keep i...

Hitting a touch attack is just like trying to punch something. Look at your unarmed attack bonus and that's it. (99% sure, correct me if wrong here) Like Czarcasm says, you're only trying to touch, not penetrate the person (eww?). Ignore armor, deflection, shield, and natural bonuses. You're hitting...

Touch attack / Saving throw, mutually exclusive?
Just realized while frustrated with some Ferrell critters that I wasn't getting saves on effects of their special attacks at all. (salt demon confusion, acid beetle strength drain, etc). Is that intentional, an engine limitation, or a slip? On things dealing physical damage it makes sense, but effec...

I cast all buffs with a duration shorter than 1 hour/level through the radial menu. There isn't enough quickslots otherwise. That's the way to go. I do my 1st and 2nd level personal buffs on radial. 092988, 092989, 09269, 09266, 09263, 09662, 09661. Blindfolded and drunk I can wing that, now it sav...

They were on the same cpu yes?Mistcaller wrote:Mikona has been moved to a standalone machine for the time being with a different OS. Could I have some feedback now please concerning lag?
