Small correction; it's if the attacker is 4+ levels higher than the victim. If they have 3 more combined levels than the victim does (or less) then the victim doesn't suffer Sneak Attacks while being flanked. A level 36 Barbarian can only suffer flanking Sneak Attacks from a level 40 Rogue/Assassin/...

The reasonable prices draw you in. Before you know it you have an addiction. Fifty outfits you'll never wear except for niche social things, tens of thousands of gold down the drain. It's amazing what little effects you can get on a character with the right combination of settings.
