Pleth is about as disturbing as my avatar.

Oh, there is spell resistance there though. So it can still be resisted.

The spell has no save, so if they don't have protection from negative energy or shadowshield cast on them they'll be harmed if the roll for the touch succeeds.

So if I vote for myself twice it counts both times, right?
