I know you will think I'm crazy..but I uninstalled the cep I had installed before, did it a second time, and know have what I needed! Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.

Due to having to uninstall NWN from my computer, I had to reload all the Avlis material again,(I had been playing for awhile before the removal).
