My plan is to rename the existing hak folder, make a new one and then copy the new haks into it - not forgetting the new tlk file into the tlk folder of course - then see what I can play. When I try a PW which requires any other files, I can move them from the renamed hak folder to the new one. Onc...

Just so I am straight here. What your saying is I can wipe my hak folder clean and just install the new haks and be good to play on avlis. What about off world will those haks be needed and will they still work?

The NWN single game wasn't much help to me when I started playing Avlis. I don't know how many times I died while trying to hit the spacebar and stop the action, but it was quite a few.
