I imagine most Epic Dodge characters have close to 40 tumble.

So if you want those uber skill heights you have to invest in Feats (skill focus, epic skill focus, stealthy, alertness, silver tongue etc etc..)

I find that in order to not use my best arrows I just handle a few quarrels of my standard arrows.
