Epic dodge is one of my favs (and hates on NPC's), Knockdown and extended spell too. Blindfight is awesum as well.
Feats I miss are Halo, Improved Halo and Epic Halo of the Saints, as well as Innocence, Epic sound-effects and a few others.

I have been experiencing Mordenkainens Disjunction numerous times cast on my Monkeyboy, and been seeing the spell-icon for lowered SR on the top of my screen. But if I open my character sheet, my Spell Resistance doesn't show as lowered. Is this either: 1) Because a Monks SR can't be lowered by MD? ...

I think point with Quicken spell would often be to go for auto-quicken, since the description there dictates opponents are unable to use counterspells against the spells effected.
