Here we go folks... Infogames is in, and it shouldn't be long now before the game is on the shelves.
Once this baby comes out you can be sure that we will get right to work on the very reason why I have become a staff member at Black Dagger in the first place.... The Avlis Project.
Silk and I will be setting up a persistent world run on Blackdagger's server. It will be based on the campaign setting used by our group of friends for a long long time, Avlis.
The vision of Avlis is that it will not only be a peristent world that you can log into and play the quests that we set up, but it will also contain numerous portals (in out of the way places) to other persistent NWN worlds online. So you will be able to wander through the D20 online network at your leisure. We will be trying to coordinate our scripts with other servers once this thing is out, that way if you have a strange race that is not often seen, your special racial abilities will function on our world.
Once this game comes out I will be looking for some DM's to make modules and help with world building. The world itself is mostly laid out, and some parts of it are fleshed out pretty well, especially the cities and countries where we have played campaigns. But a lot of it is not.
You can see our maps here: http://boards.blackdagger.com/viewthread.php?tid=104 and here:
http://boards.blackdagger.com/viewthread.php?tid=130
and here:

They aren't completely edited yet, but they are getting there. Btw, I made these with Campaign Cartographer 2, which I HIGHLY recommend for easy mapmaking to anyone with aspirations of world building.
In any case, contact me if you are interested in helping us out, and we will start to fill you in on the world as it goes.

Once NWN is released and I get a feel for the game most likely I will be making an "adventure". Since it is not out yet I can not say for certain what form it takes but if it will fit into your "world" then I will be happy to work with you on including it.
Most of the adventure takes place underground so it doesn't have to "fit" on any maps unless your doing the "under realm" as well.
Really simple level 1-3 adventure but like the Temple of Elemental Evil it goes "ALL" the way.
The adventure begins a simple inn on a no name road in between any two cities you like. The characters stop to rest and that evening fun stuff starts happening under the inn... (too bad the innkeeper and his wife doesn't have insurance... LOL!)

Sounds pretty good, Delar. Keep in touch periodically as this thing comes out.
You can always go to http://www.neverwinternights.com to get the basic info on the game.
There is also a link to a great site that teaches you the scripting language for the editor, but I'm still trying to dig it up. I'll post it asap. Hang tight.
