As a part of the post Drotid occupation we decided that now was an opportune time to rebuild Elysia to finally make sense.
So after many months and a sight more grey hair the new Elysia is almost ready.
There is some big changes so I have made a map for everyone to look over and refer to while you all get used to the new layout.
I tried my very best to accomodate but with anything I am sure some of you will hate it and some will rejoice but I humbly ask you all to at least have a run through and see how it goes. I am always open to suggestions and feedback.
Most note worthy include:
- Old Northern Residence is now the Eastern Residence - Connecting Elf Gate
Old Eastern Residence is now the Northern Residence - Connecting Dwarf Gate
Old Artisans & Forge Districts have merged to form the Trades District
Old Warehouse District moved to act as a breaker between residences
Travel to Ferrell via NW Elysia is now by lake and for ~free~
Marketplace expanded (with new merchants)
SE Elysia region redesigned to fit
You should not be roleplaying these changes IC'ly unless rule zero applies and it makes sense to do so.
ie. The graveyard has shifted location - you would not rp this
The Parks has had a facelift - you would rp this as a part of the post drotid rebuilding
While the wonderful QA staff did an awesome job spotting all my mistakes I have no doubt some bugs will have slipped through the cracks so if you come across any when the mod goes live please file a report on the bug tracker and we'll get it fixed asap.
