After nearly a year of downtime, and after yeoman work from everyone, I can finally announce that the cross-world CoPaP portals are live again.

I should've seen this coming. With Pekarion newly made apprentice, I unknowingly set the stage for an epic clash of wills... this morning, they met in IRC and I knew only one of them would remain an Apprentice.
I say it was an epic battle, but honestly it didn't last long... the newcomer retained his title, crushing Max and claiming Apprentice Dominance for himself. Without a rank, we're forced to find something else for Maxinion to do...
So we promoted him to Minor.
