1) A dead NPC. Not just a corpse which is lootable, but an NPC that I made in the toolset.

2)Apply flesh to stone to an NPC on spawn.

Any ideas? much appreciated.

1) You could just put a script on the NPC's OnSpawn that kills them and make. Not exactly sure
