The World of Avlis

Some years back Avlis was at a fork in the road, and found itself rudderless. The leadership at the time knew that they needed someone dedicated to Avlis, someone who would be fair, and hopefully someone with a gentle heart. They wisely chose NightHawk4 to take up the mantle of Head DM and he has proven over the years to be all those things and more.
He helped lead the Avlis Team through a difficult time, and did so with a gentle hand and kind words. Not many people would have had the patience to calmly wade through those troubled waters, much less to do so with the grace NH4 did.

In short, we all owe him a great deal.

So it is with mixed emotions I announce that he is stepping down as the Avlis Head DM.

Please join us in extending our heartfelt gratitude to NightHawk4 for all he has done for this community and his continued dedication as an Elder DM.

In all my time on the team, NH4 was ever the calm and level headed one, in any situation.

We all still expect you to log on as one of your characters and play, you know?!! Thanks for all your time and effort, NH4! Shocked. Stunned. But your free time well earned. I personally thank you for all the time, energy and effort you put into keeping Avlis the great place it is to play. Most do not know the behind the scene efforts you have made year after year, but all i can say is, "It is truly an end of an era!" You are appreciated! Thank you, so much! Long Live Avlis!
