Where are server-specific forums?

I've heard there are forums for the servers themselves. Where would a noob find them? If I wanted to post a particular announcement aimed at one server, I'd like to do it on that server's forum.

Go into the: The Avlis Project: In Character section of the boards from the main forum index.
Inside there you will find forums for each of the servers.
The big thing to bear in mind is that all of those forums are to be treated as IC forums, so no OOC posting please
