Player Wiki Spell List Updated

Sorry, I slacked off on updating the Player Wiki. The following spells have been added with complete linkage:
Banishment
Creeping Doom
Dismissal
Greater Restoration
Invisibility Sphere
Restoration
Shapechange
Stinking Cloud
Time Stop
They were imported already. You may have noticed the changes. You can read about them now in the Player Wiki
As always, if you notice something odd or wrong please PM me.
Thank IAkrai & Kinarr (and any other Avlis coder) for getting these done. Just so you know, we're starting a big push to get all 295 spells (& variations) hooked so we can really start tweaking things.
