which runes should i press to open the pillar ?

its in chapter 2 of the original NWN in the map before charwood village and it has to open a portal to Gur - Atol Ruins.

i have to press 3 runes in order to open it but wich... they has to form a prase from what i saw .. .but cant find whats the phrase.

any help?

oops .. i found the note .. the words are "Nether shall rule"...
