So from the old p-chests it seems that i can't remove some items. Actually its those positive and negative energy fury balls, that no matter how many times you identify them, they always stay unaidentified at the start of the day (on a server reset)

Has there been any solution given?

Don't identify them before removing them from the chest. Remove them first, then identify them. If you identify them before trying to remove them, you change their binary fingerprint which the chest code doesn't recognize. If that happens, it won't let you remove the item.
