I've noticed a few calls for help from people when they are stuck to a wall. This just happened to me and after trying out a few emotes, I found that by sitiing down and logging out,it will unstick you. Hope this helps, as it saves you from having to get a DM to rescue you.

Happened to me once — the DM suggested making a tent. Presto! Unstuck, *and* you've got a place to sleep.

Sometimes your character will be stuck in place due to a flaw in the mapping of your character onto the terrain. There are three options to try:
- Select the ` key and type "makesafe" and hit return.
- Logging out of the game and logging back in again.
- Calling for a DM on the DM Channel.

These should be tried in that order, and if a DM cannot be found, you may have to wait for a server reset.

Unfortunately, none of these solutions are as effective as making the PC perform an action like sitting, falling, or creating something... Perhaps the FAQ should be updated to include this method as a suggested solution.

Creating a tent or other item got much less useful with the latest changes to the emote restrictions unfortunately. Making a tent was almost 100% effective, even if it was a bit out of place at times.

one of my fello adventures got stuck in a wall in a crypt in Ferrell and the only way we could get him out was to get him to try to "hug" my character from the intimate emotes menu...worked fine
