pfh0.mdl

Delete that file from your override directory if you're using the Alternate Combat Animations override in any of its forms. It's the female human/half-elf model's animation set, so any of those will be stuck with stock Bioware animations, but everything else will use the Custom ones. You won't have the horrible no-neck/shrunken head effect on the human/half-elf females, however, so I think it's worth it.

If someone wants to track down the author of the override mod to get them to maybe update the override version so that it works properly in 1.66, feel free. If any of you are industrious and want to go through and fix it yourself (Nob)... now you know what file to fuck with.

Courtesy of Nob, a fixed animation set for human/half-elf females with the Alternative Combat Animations in 1.66. Now they have necks and their heads don't shrink, just toss that in over the old mdl file in your override folder.

Enjoy.

EDIT: Right-click and Save Target As.

Will this work also for male half-elf heads, cause mine is really messy thought its not THAT visible with the outfit he's wearing now.

if not, is there any other way to fix this?

Thanks. Alex (aka Will Patson)

Thanks Fuzz! Without that ...*points up to the highlighted...* little instruction, this program would have gotten buried along with other great ideas, because I know not what to do with them...* So from now on whenever I see a Female Elf kickin ass, I'll be reminded of how it got there.
