another attack?

hmmm....
don't know really where to post this.....
i just hit a base attack of 6 with a druid/monk. however, i did not get an extra attack. i do have two attacks a round already (but a 6th level monk should have that anyway i believe)... but as a 6th monk/ 3rd druid with a b.a. of 6.... shouldn't i be getting three attacks?
