Dodge and mobility feats not working

Well im under the assumption that both of these feats are suppose to raise my Armor Class up a +5. Lately ive been thinking ive been getting hit a little to easy, so i decided to take a close look at the monsters attack numbers that are successfully hitting me. I found that they are indead hitting me with a successfull attack above my listed AC of 23 thats in my profile. Ive seen successfull numbers of (17+8=25, 19+6=25, 14+13=27) that hit my AC. My AC comes from (10 base+2 Dex+1 {5 tumble skill points}+10 shashesk full plate {8+1+1 dex} which minuses 1 normal dex +1 from my boots of hardiness=23. But this is not right i have the DODGE and MoBility feats that should add another +5 to my AC thus bringing the total up to 27. When ive watched i get hit on a 23 every time which is wrong.
Now as far as i know this is how its suppose to be but i am not getting that extra 5 AC from my feats. If im not correct in this thinking tell me. If im right in this thinking how do i go about fixing my character so he has the right Armor Class? Would this be considered a bug, and should i report it in the bug tracker section.
And one more thing i also have the SPRING ATTACk feat, which is suppose to eliminate attacks of opportunities. Isnt this suppose to eliminate the tumble role. I get tumble roles but it always says Failure. Is this natural and suppose to be like this

Dodge and mobility are conditional feats, and so they wont display on your character sheet, and IIRC they are only against whichever opponent your fighting, the rest of your opponents attack like you don't have that AC. but im sure some uber trivia guy can clarify

Mobility gives you +4 AC vs. attacks of opportunity. It does not apply any other time.
Dodge is +1 AC, but only against attacks from your current target in combat.

- dodge only affects the enemy you are targeting. watch that enemy's attack rolls and see if it's still the same
- mobility only gives the +4 vs. attacks of opportunity.
- don't know about spring attack
um ok so i got to fight a monster one on one to find out

Spring attack completely stops all attacks of opportunity caused when you move, not sure if it does anything to other AOO's.

Yes, dodge only your targeted attacker.
Mobility +4 against all attacks of opportunity.
Spring Attack eliminates attack of opportunity due to movement in combat; the game aught to not roll the Tumble check because it's meaningless - but maybe they just didn't bother to have it turn off. The important thing is you shouldn't see an AoO, even if you "fail" the Tumble check. Maybe they still roll it because Spring Attack doesn't eliminate the +1 Dodge AC for every five ranks in Tumble, and it was easier just to keep the roll in.
Also, Spring Attack doesn't eliminate all AoO's. Punch a dude and you should still provoke one (unless you have Improved Unarmed Strike), or attempt a Disarm (unless you have Improved Disarm). You should still get your Mobility bonus to show up there, if I'm reading the feat description correctly.

That's how it works. Drinking a potion, using a ranged weapon in melee and casting a spell (unless in defensive casting mode or with the feat Improved Combat Casting) will also draw AoOs even if your character has high Tumble or the Spring Attack feat.

Why do people keep making this mistake. It is only AoO regarding moving in and out of combat. No other AoO are affected by this feat.

My character had spring attack (and no tumble points) and still used to get the occasional AoO (not sure whether any of them hit, but the message definitely popped up). When it happened it was usually right at the start of combat, I think it maybe something to do with being flat-footed.

Anyway, never really quite worked out why it happens (probably sloppy coding by Bioware).
Anyway, Spring Attack basically works for 99% of cases, just accept the 1% errors as that. Its a Bioware problem if there is one, nothing Avlis Team can do. It affects everyone equally, just ignore it.
And regading Dodge and Mobility. They are conditional feats and only add AC in certain circumstances. Read The F*ing Manual

Been looking into this myself for my character and I think the key is the full plate armour.
In the manual it states the dodge feat is negated by any armour that restricts dexterity bonus. Now as I read that if you have a DEX bonus of 2 then Full plate restricts the DEX to 1 and therefore negates both dodge and mobility.
Now what I'm not clear on is how the armour penalty applies.
For example, Character has a DEX of 14 so a +2 modifier. Full plate restricts to 1 therefore negates dodge. If that character wears Chainmail there is still a restriction to Dex bonus but to 2 so no penalty BUT this is officially an armour restriction so does it still negate the dodge feat?
If chainmail and an a DEX of 14 are ok for dodge then does that mean Full plate and a DEX of 13 is equally ok?
and if the latter is ok for dodge can I get my Dex reduced by a point please?

I'M not sure someone has already found this out but I found a legal loophope with Point Blank Shot and Mobility. Due to Avlis' nature, you still provoke an AOO when using ranged weapons in meele but with Mobility you get a +4 bonus to AC where as in NWN in general you don't cause an AOO due to Point Blank Shot.

I'm sure I tried this with my Leo, and he's a plate-armor wearing fella. Pretty sure I deduced it was definitely adding +1 .. although it is quite difficult to see sometimes.
Those 400 hp goblins are a good way to try it, you can be bashing those for ages before they die, and you get a good load of stats to look through.
On AoO due to ranged attacks. I just noticed that my other PC was not getting AoO against him when using the bow close up for some things, but did appear to be getting them for other things. In particular, when firing against Hook Horrors, Gray Renders, Umber Hulks I got no AoO and when shooting against Ogres I got AoO. Interestingly the former all have natural weapons, Ogres have clubs or whatever they do.

Does that make sense?

This has to do with the difficulty level and not with Avlis and the Point Blank Shot feat or the lack of it. If you play under Normal difficuly you won't draw AoOs when using a ranged weapon in melee and if you play under Hardcore difficulty you will draw AoOs, whether you have the Point Blank Shot feat or not.
The Avlis servers are set to Hardcore difficulty.
