Which of the bludgening weapons are finessable?

What about CEP weapons? (I know you can't take Weapon Focus in them, but if it is just based on size then maybe they work as finesse too)

probably but tbh, CEP weapons are the same as normal weapons. they look cool though. with the exceptions of some of the monk weapons.

Not all CEP waepons are Finesse, for example the assasin dagger isnt Fines. Get my strengt scores for that one, wich makes it basicly useles to me since my strengt score is 9...

No CEP weapons with a custom base item type are finessable. Only weapons with a base item type that already exists in NWN will work with weapon finesse (or any other weapon feats).
Clubs are medium weapons and thus not finessable.

thats not true. Clubs are finessable as are rapiers which are both medium weapons.

No, it is not. Rapier is a medium weapon that counts as a light weapon for purposes of the weapon finesse feat. Club is just a medium weapon and as a rule, medium weapons aren't finessable by medium sized PCs. Rapier is the only exception to this.

Um. Have you tried it? Syrin tried using a club for a while and got his +2 str instead of his +5 dex to hit

Um... it says dagger, handaxe, kama, kukri, light hammer, mace, rapier, short sword, sickle unarmed. You're seeing things dude
and it would be a bioware thing anyway if you were right.

It is not a bug. Medium weapons aren't finessable and the only exception is the rapier. From the link you posted:
