Epic levels for multiclassed PCs

I'm sure this is posted somewhere, but it will take about two seconds to resolve, so bear with me.
1) Am I correct in assuming that a PC is entitled to general epic feats as soon as he or she reaches 21 total class levels, regardless of the distribution? In other words, you can take an Epic skill focus on your level-up to 21, even if the distribution is 7/7/7?
2) Also, for PrCs, you become epic in your PrC as soon as you hit level 11, since you need to have 10 class levels in your non-PrC class(es) to level up to 11 in your PrC. If your PrC gets a bonus feat every four levels, does that mean at 15, 19, 23, etc., but that levels you take in your non-PrC class(es) don't count toward that?
Thank you.

Yes.

Every four levels after ten, so at 14, 18, 22, etc. And no, non-PrC classes do not count towards that.

I know the answer to number 1 is yes. Once you have 21 total levels, you are epic. This still only counts towards general epic feats though, since you are not epic in any one class until you reach 21 in that class (or 11 for PrCs). So epic skill focus should be open at level 21 if you have the other requirements
Edit: Damn, beaten to it, and Mal put it much more concisely

Mind you that a lot of epic feats also have a specific requirement of having 21+ levels in a specific class. For example Bane of Enemies for rangers or epic spells for casters.

Yes. My character will be getting three, that's right, three points of Wisdom at level 24, should I make it there.

Im not sure if that was mentioned before but I think some PrC recive bonus feat every 3 levels (so its like 13,16,19) and As long as I remember you can get some epic feats as rouge bonus feat after level 21 even if your Rogue level is level only 10 14 or 18

Question? When you get to 21st level do you get epic feats AND your normal feat?

You get a feat every third level as before. This feat can be either an epic feat or a non epic feat. If you are epic in a class then you will get epic bonus feats every 2-5 level. If you are non epic in a class that gives you bonus feats you get them normally.

Edit: oops, nevermind. After reading closer, I see that this was covered already.
