At level 6 for a Dwarven Defender it says that you "can no longer be flanked"...what does that mean?

I can't confirm this, but it might mean that you are no longer susceptible to being flanked by a pack of rogues, which gives them all sneak attacks.

If that's the case, that is an extremely handy benefit.

According to the 3rd Edition Player's Handbook:
Flanking: If you are making a melee attack against a creature, and an ally directly opposite you is threatening the creature, you and your ally flank the creature. You gain a +2 flanking bonus on your attack roll. A rogue in this position can also sneak attack the target. The ally must be on the other side of the defender, so that the defender os directly between you.

yeap. If you get attacked by two beasties, the beastie that you aren't attacking gets a +2 bonus to his attack. It's the cause of a lot of low level deaths when they think they can handle two or more skellies/zombies etc

So does this mean you can't sneak attack a DD?

I think you can still be sneak attacked, but it makes it alot harder than normal.

Does Flanking also mean you do not lose your dodge bonus to the second creature(s)? AFAIK I thought dodge AC is only applied to your primary attacker, but with Defensive Awareness you retain dodge AC against the secondary attacker(s) as well?

Dwarven defenders with defensive awareness can be sneak attacked just fine when they are flat footed. If they are not flatfooted they are virtually immune to sneak attacks.

Also, your dodge AC applies against all attackers, with the the dodge feat (+1 dodge AC) being the only exception. The bonus AC from the dodge feat is used only against your current target or your last attacker.

Thanks for clearing that mort. Is there a source where i can look up these terms? I know what flat footed "basically" means, just a bit more detailed info.
