How can I use the CEP heads in Avlis?

I was told in the chat that I am supposed to put a certain file into the override folder to be able to use the CEP heads for my own characters in Avlis, but I don't know what file that should be.
Any suggestions on what I should do? I would really like to use one of the heads.

Google for cep+head+override and it'll be the top link or the 2nd.
I'm too lazy or I'd link it for ya.

Thanks. I guess I was just too lazy (or to tired) to do a search before posting.
I hope this work:

I made a similar post to this, some wise soul told me this:
Alustriel wrote:There is probably an better explanation or another way to do it somewhere but in short:
You have to open the cepanatomy.hak with the nwhak.exe utility in \neverwinternights\nwn\utils and extract all files with *head* in it, both mdl and plt ones and put them in the override folder \neverwinternights\nwn\override
Then at character creation you can choose custom heads.
if you just want to play a human barbarian normal size just extract the pmb0_head* ones.
the characters mean the following:
2nd: m=male f=female
3rd: a=? d=dwarf, e=elf, h=human/half-elf, g=goblin, o=orc, b=barbarian the a is probably the halfling
4th: is 0 or a 2 (slim vs fat model)
also again a big thanks, as someone posted this information for me

Extract the models from CEPanatomy.hak as well as any left in Universal.hak and put them in your override directory as mentioned above. this is the most accurate way of doing it, otherwise the head might appear correct to you, but will be incorrect to everyone else playing on Avlis.

Well, I used the file from the link I posted, and now it works fine. I got a head and other people can see it too (which is a good thing).
