"Conflict with Disc Emulation Software detected"

This is a bug I had a while back, I'm not sure if anyone else has had it, but it's recently cropped back up again with a vengeance. I can't even run NWN with this. Supposedly, reinstalling cures it, but I've already done so and it didn't work...
