New to NWN: CEP question and Avlis

Does installing the CEP affect Avlis files in any way, and do Avlis files affect the regular game in any way?
nope and nope.
unless you grab the custom cave ruins tileset and put it in your override.
everything els is in haks or tlk files which will do nothing the the SP game
